We bought some property in early spring of 2007. It is beautiful desert at 3900′ elevation between Tucson and Benson, Arizona. The desert is transitional between the Sonoran desert and the higher scrub and grasslands of Cochise county.

The hope is to build a small straw bale home here and live a simpler life without a mortgage (or with a very, very small one). We hope to raise our kids a little closer to Creation, and one day expand our property into a bed and breakfast so others can experience a little of the simpler life too.
